realizing our full potential. Like when you are in secondary or high school,
nobody ever told you about something called mind chemistry. Which is the development
of the right energy and vibe with your mind through positive thinking knowing
that how you think largely determines how your reality in life will turn out to
be, which could save many lives if people realize that they have all it takes
to solve their problems and many things that they see as hindrances were actually
created by some negativity in their own thinking.
Many navigate through life without realizing their full
potential because they are caught up in the web of the standard of the society
trying to get security in life by meeting up with the demands of the society
rather than meeting the demands and requirements of true happiness through self
development, reliance and confidence knowing that whatever they desire and work

defeat”… When defeat comes, accept it as a signal that your plans are
not sound, rebuild those plans, and set sail once more toward your coveted
goal. If you give up before your goal has been reached, you are a “quitter.
Who do you blame if you wake up and discover you are not
progressing in life? Who will you blame for the reason why you didn’t get that
dream job or buy that dream house or get that dream grade in school? Many will
blame some not all on others, but the truth is you are to blame for all and
everything you haven’t achieved in life. It’s you who is in charge of your
life, not circumstance, not opportunities but You. You have the ability to
create and visualize, anything you really want and avoid what you don’t want, it’s
all up to you to get the life you want and desire. The essence and beauty in

necessary for regulating one's behavior in order to achieve goals.
Imagine a society where people have developed

that society be? It will be a society of peace, good governance and prosperity
for all. In whatever a person desires and engages in, discipline plays a major
role in determining the outcome be it positive or negative. For a person to
explore their potentials either as an individual, community, state, region,
country and continent they all have to be disciplined to achieve the best.
Corruption, lack of social amenities, poverty,
owing workers salary, drug addiction, cultism, prostitution, exam malpractice,
just to mention a few are all as a result of lack of discipline.
To achieve a better life as an individual and
also a better society, economy as a country, I think the first step to take is
to adapt the culture of discipline, because where there is discipline, less laws are broken and people can co-habit in the
most remarkable and honourable manner because discipline also leads to respect for
rules, laws, emotions and even one another’s actions because people will tend
to act in accordance to what is right. People will strive for the best and
success without violating the rights of others. Discipline is not to be forced
upon a person but it should be willingly developed for it to be able to sustain
and test the hand of time.
Discipline also builds confidence in a person
and a society, this is because when people are disciplined they tend to believe
more in their capabilities and this has direct effect in motivating a person
towards any goal and aim.

A wise man once said that “I fear
